All Trakker Propel rods come with a 5 year limited warranty which covers the rod blank in the unlikely event of manufacturer defect/ failure of the rod blank.
The first year of the warranty is, as standard, between you as the end user and the retailer from which your rod was originally purchased. Any claim would be subject to the Authorised Trakker stockist submitting this to Trakker.
The extended part of the warranty, from the end of year one to the end of year five, is between yourself as the end user and, us – Trakker, as the manufacturer. Any claim would be subject to you, as the end user, submitting the claim to Trakker.
In order to activate your warranty, please scan the QR code and follow the instructions on the swing tag attached to your Propel Rod. Alternatively, click here.
To initiate the limited 5 year warranty registration process, you will require proof of purchase, a serial number (PRPL000) which is provided with each of your purchased rods and we will collect some other information from you such as name, address and email to validate the warranty and issue you with your unique ‘Trakker Propel Warranty Certificate’.
You have one month (4 calendar weeks) from the date of purchase to activate the 5 year limited warranty for it to be valid. Failure to do so will mean the standard 12-month manufacturer warranty applies only.
5 Year Limited Warranty coverage is in association with the rod blank ONLY – Not blank fixtures/ furniture such a rod guides, real seat, handle shrink wrap cover etc.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, the product will be repaired or replaced like for like with the current equivalent model/ part. Ie Butt or tip section.
Unregistered rods will only be covered by the standard 12-month manufacturer warranty.
The extended warranty is only applicable to rods purchased as new from an authorised Trakker stockist. The limited warranty is non-transferable to any secondary owners of the rods.
To successfully validate your 5 year limited warranty – Proof of purchase will be required from the authorised Trakker stockist from which the purchase was made. This will need uploading through the Online Product Registration Page on the Trakker Products website.
In the event of a claim being made within the first year – Please contact the authorised Trakker stockist from which the rod was originally purchased and they’ll get in contact with Trakker directly for advice and required action on proceeding with the claim.
