All Trakker Products purchased brand new from an authorised Trakker Products retailer carry a standard warranty of 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing only.
User damage, such as rips, dents, scratches, acts of God and normal wear and tear.
Damage caused by misuse, alterations to the product, or user negligence (including but limited to deterioration due to abnormal exposure to ultraviolet light).
Commercial use of Trakker Products, which will void any warranty claims.
Warranty claims must be made through the retailer where the product was originally purchased.
Proof of purchase is required for all claims to confirm purchase through an approved Trakker Products retailer.
This warranty applies solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Second-hand purchases are excluded from warranty coverage.
Applicable consumer rights may vary by country, and Trakker Products will comply with local governing laws.
Select Trakker products come with an extended limited warranty covering the main product component (e.g., rod blank for fishing rods) in the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect or failure. You must register your item(s) to receive the full extended warranty period.
Year 1: The warranty is handled by the authorised Trakker stockist from which the product was purchased. Claims should be made through the retailer.
Years 2+: The extended warranty is managed directly between yourself and Trakker. Claims should be submitted to Trakker by the person who registered the product via our contact form, available here.

Activation of the extended warranty must be completed within one month (4 calendar weeks) of purchase. Failure to do so will result in coverage defaulting to the standard 12-month warranty.
