I've been fishing since I was about 8 or 9 years old, starting on canals and moving through the big carp waters in my teenage years. When the opportunity to work in the industry presented itself in 1998, I jumped at the chance and haven’t looked back. I've been involved in many aspects of carp fishing, from filming one of the first Carp only TV programmes for Sky Sports to designing the Retainer Sling and many other items still used today. I still enjoy the challenge carp fishing brings.
